Link Positioning Systems

We develop and manufacture various types of vacuum feedthrough for linear motion, rotary motion, and combined motion applications. Link UHV motion feedthroughs are bakeable up to 500 °C. HV feedthroughs with differential pumping offer an excellent price-to-performance ratio and are cost-effective solutions for systems that do not require ultra-high vacuum conditions. To completely eliminate the vacuum/atmosphere boundary, we offer MAG-Link series magnetic feedthroughs.
